The Rick's Wrestling and Warrior Training program is a new form of bodyweight training, created to make working out a fun, unique, and very challenging fitness experience. You will work on strength, conditioning, flexibility, problem solving, and coordination as you overcome obstacles designed for a warrior.

With Rick’s new approach to training, you will build your agility, improve and tone your upper body, and even learn to develop explosive power through functional movement.
