Each week will include but will not be limited to:

Obstacle training, obstacle racing, speed and agility training, tumbling, parkour, games, warped wall

training, swinging obstacle training, tumble track, trampoline and foam pit training.

CAMP SCHEDULE 

AM CAMP: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

  • 9:00 AM - Drop Off - Event Rotation 
  • 10:30 AM - Snack - Event Rotation
  • 12:00 PM - Pickup for AM Camp

PM CAMP: 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM

  • 12:00 PM - LUNCH - Event Rotation
  • 1:30 PM - Tumble Trak - Event Rotation 
  • 3:00 PM - Pickup for PM Camp

FULL DAY CAMP: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

EXTENDED DAY CAMP: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

  • *Aftercare* - 3:00 PM - 5:00 PM
  • 3:00 PM - SNACK - Game Upstairs
  • 4:00 PM - 1 hour pickup - Game Upstairs 
  • 5:00 PM - Pickup Extended Day
